The item I want says "out of stock". How long before you get more stock in?

We source products from many suppliers, including some from overseas. We are continually receiving new stock, some items take longer than others though. We update our inventory as soon as stock arrives, so you can keep checking back, alternatively you can contact us directly through our "Contact Us" page to discuss the ETA for an individual item.

Do you sell products other than those on the website?

  • Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of natural parenting and baby products, children's footwear, craft and school supplies as well as other lovelies for you and your family. We are constantly adding to our wonderful collection and sometimes we do this faster than we get them online - though it is my sister, who does this is and she is  bloody awesome.

  • Do you offer lay-bys? If so what are the terms?

    Yes! Lay-bys are done in-store only and are for a period of 3 months. A minimum 20% deposit is required to set up a lay-by. You can also lay-by sale items!

    Do you price match?

    Yes! We will price match an identical item stocked in another Australian retail store.

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept AMEX, Visa, Master card and PayPal.

    Yes! Rainbow Tree Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase anything you like at Rainbow Tree.

    N, you choose how much you want to spend. You will be issued with a credit note for the remaining value.

    How do I use an oline coupon code?

    At the checkout you will find a box marked "coupons" enter your code here. Your discount will then be automatically deducted from your cart. 

    When will my order be dispatched?

    We process and pack our online orders daily and will contact you directly if there are any expected delays.

    Can I collect my order?

     Yes! In store pick-up is available to all Adelaide residents. This option is available for selection at the checkout.

    I want to return items purchased online or in a store, what is your returns policy?
    Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange or store credit subject to the following conditions;
    The goods are returned within 30 days of delivery. The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased.
    The above does not apply to sale clothing and shoes, which are not returnable.

    Is there a cost if I decide to return my item?
    If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or have changed your mind about your order you will be charged for shipping costs to return it back to Rainbow Tree for exchange or a credit note. If you receive an item which is faulty or broken Rainbow Tree will happily replace the goods and pay for shipping cost.

    What size clothing/footwear does my child need?

    Each clothing and footwear brand has their own size guide and we have added these beneath the product image on every product. If you need further assistance with sizing, please feel free to contact us.

    Can I change/cancel my order?

    You can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘shopping cart’. However, once you have paid for your order online you will not be able to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then you will have to return it. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
