What currency does this site use?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

The item I want says "out of stock". How long before you get more stock in?

I endeavour to keep all products in stock at all times, but at times experience supply issues. Please email Rachel at info@rainbowtree.com.au for an accurate ETA on an out of stock item.

Which payment method do you use?

We use PayPal.

Can I use a Rainbow Tree Gift Voucher to purchase SALE items?

Yes! Rainbow Tree Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase anything you like from Rainbow Tree. 

Do I  have to spend the whole value of my Rainbow Tree Gift Voucher in one purchase?

No, you can spend a portion of your voucher and the remaining balance will be issued as a credit note.

How do I use an online coupon code?

At the checkout you will find a box marked "coupons" enter your code here. Your discount will then be automatically deducted from your cart. 

When will my order be dispatched?
I process and pack online orders daily and will contact you directly if there are any expected delays.

Can I collect my order?
Yes! Local pick-up can be arranged for Adelaide residents. Please email Rachel at info@rainbowtree.com.au to arrange this.

Can I change/cancel my order?

You can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘shopping cart’. However, once you have paid for your order online you will not be able to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then you will have to return it. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
